There are usually only 3 brands of organic full cream milk available in Australian supermarkets. Let’s take a look at them and compare the taste.

Coles organic milkColes Organc full cream milk 1 litre

Homogenized, ultra pasteurized. This milk does not taste too good actually, in fact it tastes like powder milk. Put it in a coffee and it will have a bitter after-taste. I would drink this only if I could not find anything else. The price is the only good thing about this product and the fact it is organic.

Parmalat organic milkParmalat Pure Organic Unhomogenized Full Cream Milk 1 litre

This milk tastes great, it’s also Unhomogenized which is good. The only problem with this one is that it often has solid bits of cream in it. You can get a 2 litre version which comes in a plastic container and is homogenized so you don’t get the solid bits of cream.

Aldi Organic Milk

Aldi Just Organic full cream milk 1 litre

This milk tastes very nice although not as good as Parmalat but close. It is also low priced.
